Terms of Service

By using SnapWeb services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

SnapWeb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes.

SnapWeb provides web design, development, branding, and hosting services.

Services are delivered as described in the selected package.

The free demo is provided at no cost and with no obligation.

Website Code & Design: All website source code, design files, and digital assets created by SnapWeb remain the exclusive property of SnapWeb. The client receives a license to use the website as long as they maintain an active service relationship with SnapWeb. If the client wishes to obtain full ownership of the source code and design files, this requires a separate purchase agreement, and the price will be determined by SnapWeb on a per-project basis.

Domain Names: All domain names purchased by SnapWeb on behalf of clients (including .com domains in Business and Professional packages) remain registered under SnapWeb's account and are the property of SnapWeb. If the client wishes to transfer the domain to their own account, this is possible for an additional fee determined by SnapWeb. The client does not have the right to claim or transfer the domain without SnapWeb's consent and payment of the transfer fee.

Subdomains: Subdomains (e.g., yourname.snapweb.cloud) are provided as part of the service and remain entirely under SnapWeb's control.

Content: Content written by SnapWeb for the client's website is part of the service deliverable but remains SnapWeb's intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-Provided Materials: Any logos, images, text, or other materials provided by the client remain the client's property.

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and paid as a one-time fee.

Payment is due after the client approves the demo ('See First, Pay Later' model).

SnapWeb accepts payment via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, and electronic wallets.

Late payment may result in suspension of services.

The free demo is provided at no cost to help the client evaluate SnapWeb's work.

The demo remains SnapWeb's property and may be removed if the client does not proceed with a paid package.

SnapWeb reserves the right to limit the number of free demos per client.

First year of hosting is included free with all paid packages.

Renewal fees are communicated before the hosting period expires.

SnapWeb reserves the right to suspend or remove websites if hosting is not renewed.

SnapWeb is not responsible for data loss if hosting is not renewed.

Clients may request a full refund within 30 days of final delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@snapweb.cloud.

Upon refund, SnapWeb will remove the website and all associated services.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

The free demo is not subject to any refund as no payment is made.

Provide accurate business information for website content.

Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe.

Review and approve deliverables within the agreed revision rounds.

Not use the website for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

SnapWeb reserves the right to terminate services and remove any website if the client violates these terms.

Specifically, SnapWeb may terminate if: the client uses the website for illegal or harmful activities, the client fails to pay for services after approval, the client harasses SnapWeb staff, or the client attempts to copy, redistribute, or resell SnapWeb's work.

Upon termination for violation, no refund will be issued.

SnapWeb is not responsible for: content provided by the client, any business losses or damages arising from website downtime, third-party service disruptions (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.), or the client's use of the website for unintended purposes.

SnapWeb's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees.

Major scope changes after approval may require a new quote.

SnapWeb will not share the client's confidential business information with third parties.

SnapWeb may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt.
